Return and refund policy
At Swastik Silver Jewellers, we are committed to providing premium quality 92.5 sterling silver jewellery and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return or request a refund for items purchased from our store.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund with in 3-4 business days and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video clearly showing the issue is required. This video must be shared within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Report product damage within 24 hours with clear images for verification.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
- Ideal for size corrections, quality concerns, or simply if you change your mind.
- After exchange approved new items ship out within 24 hours after successful pickup.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted we will do Price adjustments

Price adjustments:
- If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid during the exchange request.
- If it costs less, the difference is refunded to the original payment method.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Coins, idols, and Rakhi products eligible only for replacement, no refunds.
- Personalised products are non-returnable unless received in a damaged condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
